I would like to introduce to you "Truffle". She is 8 weeks old, Boxer/pit mix with unknown paternal breed. Adopted from Rufhouzen Pet Rescue, where her and her Mother and siblings were rescued from a high kill facility the day they were born. There were 12 born prematurely and only three survived after weeks of bottle feeding and care. She is very people oriented and affectionate. The cats couldn't care less about her and there hasn't even been a yelp or hiss from either. But she did have the audacity let out the tiniest bark this morning at Monie of all cats when he was near her bowls. All in all this is going very well. We will send updates of course as she grows into our family and her wrinkly skin. We absolutely love and adore her and I do believe the feelings are mutual for Truffle too!
